Please note that business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday.
Due to the nature of hair products and for hygiene reasons, SilkCrush Hair is unable to accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions. This is standard across the hair industry and applies regardless of whether the product has been used.

However if you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty we will always make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on Whatsapp at 07857453833 or via our email at silkcrushhair@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
